Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Impact

As 2024 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on a year filled with milestones and valuable lessons. This year has been transformative, presenting incredible opportunities to grow, connect, and make a tangible difference. Through my website, fungaindemera.org, I’ve shared my journey and connected with individuals and organisations committed to innovation, healthcare, and community empowerment. Key Achievements in 2024

Championing Innovation and Advocacy

This year, I had the privilege of speaking and having meetings with over 48 GP practices and participating in more than 87 meetings. These engagements were an opportunity to advocate for healthcare transformation and address persistent inequalities in the system.

Pioneering AI-Driven Digital Solutions

One of the highlights of 2024 was the project leading the delivery of the  CheckUp Health GP practice foundation solution. This initiative, aimed at successfully developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), tested and integrated with NHSE Spine systems, meeting interoperability requirements as a cloud-first primary healthcare foundation solution. This achievement was a significant milestone in compliance, clinical assurance, and capability development delivery at the NHSE level.

Empowering Brands Through Mentorship: The Ndasenda-Pay Launch Story

Supporting the FN Software Solutions team, I played an integral role in mentoring the team in the launch of Ndasenda-Pay. This groundbreaking platform simplifies access to financial and merchant services for civil servants and pensioners in Zimbabwe. The product launch event, which featured a TikTok dance competition, was a standout moment, showcasing the platform’s innovative spirit while engaging the community. This year also saw major strides in user adoption and building strong partnerships, solidifying Ndasenda-Pay’s reputation as a leading financial facilitator.

Making a Personal Connection Through TikTok

A personal highlight was sharing a TikTok video about how I support my mum in her daily life. The video went viral, resonating with thousands and sparking meaningful discussions about caregiving and family support. Check it out here.

Scaling the GP Practice Foundation Solution

The goal is to expand this solution to serve more GP practices, with a target of reaching 24 by the end of 2025. Fundraising, regional scaling, and strategic marketing will be critical to this effort.

Growing My Network

Plans include building stronger partnerships with other ecosystems to enhance my platform’s impact.

Content Creation and Community Engagement

I aim to enrich the content on fungaindemera.org,  Instagram, and  Linkedin with actionable insights and inspiring stories. Deepening connections with my readers will remain a priority.

Strengthening Collaborations

Building partnerships with like-minded organisations and individuals will be vital to amplifying the impact of these projects. Collaboration remains at the heart of everything I do.
