My Metro Bank Talk

Thank you Metro Bank (UK) for allowing Rachel Fletcher and her team to put this event together. It was an honour to speak on this topic which is close to my heart.

Gender equity means fairness of treatment for women and men, according to their respective needs. This may include equal treatment or treatment that is different but is considered equivalent in terms of rights, benefits, obligations, and opportunities- That’s all we are asking for.

It was great to have men like Adam Cooksley and James Godsall to name a few who came to join the conversation and that’s how it should be.

Thanks to Lee Currierfor supporting these ladies on their journeys abs all of us. The conversations will continue and it 

was a pleasure to share my story of resilience and my entrepreneurship journey.
